Administrative Review
Some applications do not attract a right of appeal to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. However, you may be able to ask the Secretary of State to reconsider any refusal. If there is a provision for an administrative review or for the Secretary of State to reconsider its decision to refuse your application, you may wish to make further representations and invite the Secretary of State to reconsider its decision to refuse your application.
Please note that there is a fine line between further representations which the Secretary of State may take into account during the process of reconsideration and representations that amount to a fresh, new application, which the Secretary of State would not consider and would require you to submit a new application. This is often technical and we strongly recommend that you consult with an experienced legal representative or immigration solicitor before you request for a review.
