Judicial Review
There may be a time when you have either exhausted all your rights to challenge a refusal or simply you do not have a right to appeal against the decision to refuse your application and there is no other remedy but to seek a judicial review. A judicial review is an application that must be lodged with the High Court. There are certain procedures that need to be followed before an application can be made in the High Court. There is also a time limit on such applications. We therefore strongly recommend you seek legal advice on your position as soon as possible.
Our immigration solicitors are experienced in appeals in the High Court and we work closely with an experienced immigration barrister.
