Email: ibekir@lesterdominic.com Ipek read Law at the University of Hertfordshire, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London in 2005 and qualifying as a solicitor in January 2009. Ipek has gained experience in a number of areas of law, namely Family, Immigration, Housing Litigation, Welfare Benefit and Debt, working in a number of legal firms in London. Ipek initially joined Lester Dominic Solicitors in April 2011 in the capacity of a locum; she has now returned to the firm as head of the family department, specialising in all matters concerning matrimonial law, namely relationship breakdown, divorce and separation, the division and settlement of financial assets and property, children issues, domestic violence matters and representing clients in relation to pre-marital, cohabitation and separation agreements. Ipek is a member of Resolution and is thereby committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Ipek follows the Resolution’s Code of Practice which promotes a non-confrontational approach to all family problems. Ipek offers sympathetic, realistic and pragmatic advice, whilst adopting a sensitive and conciliatory approach, in order to obtain the best possible outcome for you. |
